Our alarm notification service monitors PLC/RTU data registers and provides users with voice, email or text message notifications when values exceed user defined settings. Our service is compatible with any PLC or RTU that supports Modbus RTU or MODBUS TCP protocols with no limit on the number of registers or users. This service eliminates costly SCADA software and telephony equipment on site to alert personnel when an alarm condition is active.

If the controller has an existing connection to the web, provide us with an ip address and we will set up a login on our site. From here the user can define data registers, polling intervals, and alarm setpoints. Our system will then begin reading registers and alert all users configured to receive notifications.

If the controller does not a connection to the web, we offer both cellular and satellite hardware that provides a secure connection to the controller.
